# Viewing and updating your profile

Your profile can be found via **You** in the left menu. It's divided into a number of tabs.

### Profile
This is where your personal details are stored. Click **Edit** in the top right to make changes. You can fill in or update the following:
* **Personal information** — first name, last name, preferred name, pronouns, date of birth, gender identity, nationality, identification number and profile photo (JPG or PNG, max. 2MB).
* **Contact details** — work email address, personal email address, phone number and home address.
* **Payroll information** — the bank account number your salary is transferred to.
* **Emergency contact** — name, relationship and phone number of the person to be contacted in case of emergency.
Click **Save** to store your changes.

### Employment
This is where you can see your working days, team, manager, contract details and assigned company assets. This information can only be edited by an HR admin or Manager.

### Documents
This is where you'll find your personal documents. You can upload documents yourself via **Upload document** in the top right.

### Time off
An overview of your time off balances and all submitted requests with their status. You can also submit a new time off request directly from here.

### Absence
This tab is only visible if your company has enabled employee self-reporting in the settings. From here you can report yourself as sick and view your absence history. If self-reporting is turned off, the tab is only accessible to HR admins and Managers.

### Reviews
Your active reviews appear here once an HR admin has started a review cycle that includes you. If there are no active reviews, you'll see the message "You currently have no active review."
