# Logging in with Google or Microsoft

Do you already log in to work with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365? You can use that account to log in to Heartsome too, so you don’t need to remember a separate password.

#### Logging in
On the login screen, click **Log in with Google** or **Log in with Microsoft** and select your work account.

If your Google or Microsoft account uses the same email address as your Heartsome account, Heartsome links them automatically the first time you log in this way. No further action needed.

#### Linking an account manually
Want to log in with a Google or Microsoft account that has a different email address? Link it yourself:
1. Click your name at the bottom of the left menu and choose **My settings**.
2. Click **Linked accounts**. You’ll see whether each service is **Linked** or **Not linked**.
3. Click **Link** next to Google or Microsoft and log in to that service.
4. If that account has a different email address than your Heartsome account, Heartsome will ask you to confirm. Click **Link**.

A Google or Microsoft account can only be linked to one Heartsome user. If it’s already linked to someone else, you’ll see a notification.

#### Unlinking an account
1. Go to **My settings → Linked accounts**.
2. Click **Unlink** next to the service and confirm.
You can always link it again later.

If you see the message “You can’t unlink your only login method”, this account is currently your only way to log in. Set a password first via **Forgot password?** on the login screen, then unlink.
